All commissions require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on my schedule. The remaining 50% is due upon completion. For all payments, an invoice will be sent to your email via PayPal, which can be paid with your PayPal account or a card if you don't have one.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your commission, which is why I offer up to three rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond that point will be subject to an extra fee. If I am unable to complete your commission to your satisfaction after three rounds of revisions, you may cancel the commission. See the cancellation policy below.
If you need to cancel your commission before work has started, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If work has already begun, the deposit will be kept to fairly compensate me for my time and effort.
I will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of your order. The delivery time for commissions depends on the complexity of the piece and my schedule. If I am unable to complete your commission by the estimated delivery date, I will notify you and provide an updated timeline.
Ownership and Copyright
All music created as a personal commission will belong to me, the artist, and I will retain full ownership and copyright of the final product. A personal commission is one that is created without the intent to use it in commercial productions such as film, TV, video games, or advertising. You, the client, will be granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the work for personal purposes (e.g. social media, YouTube videos, etc.). I may distribute and/or display the work in places such as my portfolio, website, streaming services such as Spotify and Bandcamp, or social media; and use it for self-promotion. If you would like to use the work for any other purposes beyond the scope of this license, you must purchase a sync license from me or agree to additional terms and/or compensation.
I encourage all clients to credit me whenever possible, as it helps me promote my work and succeed as an artist.
If you intend to use my music commercially, the price of my services will reflect the nature of the terms you require and the content it will appear in. For example, if you require the ownership and copyright of the produced work to be transferred to you upon completion and/or you need the work done by tomorrow, the commission will be priced at a set rate per minute of music - as is customary for composers in the music industry.
All artwork (not including music or avatars) created as a personal commission will belong to me until its completion, upon which ownership and copyright of the final product will transferred to you, the client. I will retain the right to display the work in my portfolio, website, and/or social media; and use it for self promotion.
I will retain the ownership and copyright of any VRChat avatar model I create as a commission. This will allow me to continue to make changes to your avatar should you request any new features be added after the commission is complete and you are unable to do it yourself, for an additional fee. You will be given an exclusive license to use this avatar in games such as VRChat or in your own productions or renderings, such as YouTube videos. None other than yourself, the client, and me, the artist, may extract, clone, modify, or use the avatar. If you would like to make the avatar public so that anyone can clone or use it, I may agree to this only if I am compensated. If VRChat accounts other than your own are discovered to be using the same model or a modified version of it without my express permission, those accounts will be reported for theft and/or copyright violation.
Thank you for considering my services. I look forward to working with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that you will cherish for years to come. If you have any questions or concerns about my policies, please do not hesitate to contact me.
